Happy Heart Reiki Healing LLC provides Reiki services, which are a form of energy healing intended for relaxation and stress reduction.

• Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, perform medical treatments, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
• Important: Reiki is a complementary therapy and should not replace conventional medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment.

2. Appointment Policy

To ensure a smooth schedule for all clients, please note the following:

• Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for the next client.
• Cancellations: We require at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No refunds.
• No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a full charge of the session.

3. Payment Terms

• Fees: All fees are clearly stated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change our prices with notice.
• Payment Methods: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Refunds: All booked sessions are non-refundable.

4. Your Session — What to Know

To make the most of your experience, here’s what we ask:

• You’re choosing to participate freely and openly.
• Fill out the intake form which allows me to get to know you better. Once you make a booking, you will receive the intake form.’re taking, and let Rakhi know if anything feels uncomfortable during the session.
• Healing is a deeply personal journey and every experience is unique, so specific outcomes cannot be promised.
• Reiki is a no-touch modality. Hands may be gently placed on your head or feet only with your permission. Otherwise, my hands hover above the body to channel energy.
• For in-person sessions, a valid driver’s license is required at the time of booking.

5. Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. All information shared during a session, as well as your personal contact details, will be kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., in cases of potential harm to yourself or others).

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment.

• Zero Tolerance: Any suggestive or inappropriate behavior, comments, or touch will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund, and the client may be barred from future bookings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Happy Heart Reiki Healing LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. You agree to indemnify and hold Happy Heart Reiki Healing LLC harmless from any claims or liability arising from your participation in Reiki sessions.

4. Client Responsibility

By engaging in services with Happy Heart Reiki Healing LLC, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have. You should never discontinue or modify any medication or medical treatment without first consulting your doctor. Allergic reactions or any sensitivities to traditional clearing tools such as incense, essential oils, or dried herbs must be disclosed prior to the session.

Property & Business Energy Clearing Disclaimer

1. Nature of the Home and Office Energy Clearing services are spiritual and energetic in nature. These services are intended to create a harmonious atmosphere and shift the “feel” of a space through traditional energetic modalities.

2. No Guarantee of physical, financial, health, or other change. While energy clearing is used by many to refresh a space, Happy Heart Reiki Healing LLC makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding:

• Real Estate: The sale or rental of a property following a clearing
