Types of Events
An immersive introduction to Usui Reiki. Receive your Level 1 attunement, learn the five Reiki principles, practice hand positions, and leave with the ability to give Reiki to yourself and others. Includes a manual and certificate. Duration: approx. 3 hours.
A 5-class meditation series focused on grounding, safety, and the Root Chakra. Each class is approximately 1 hour, weaving guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle energy awareness practices.
Periodic healing circles, seasonal Reiki shares, and special events offered throughout the year. A chance to receive, share, and deepen your connection to healing energy in a supportive group setting.
