A Path That Began in 2009
My Reiki journey began in 2009 — not as a career choice, but as a personal calling. I was drawn to energy healing as a way to understand the deeper connections between mind, body, and spirit. What started as curiosity quickly blossomed into devotion.
Over the following years, I immersed myself in the study and practice of Usui Reiki, receiving each level with patience and reverence, allowing the energy to truly integrate before moving forward.
In 2025, I completed my Reiki Master Teacher training — a milestone I approached with deep humility. Being a Master Teacher is not about status; it is a commitment to service, to holding space, and to passing the gift of Reiki forward with integrity and love.
I am also a certified Karuna Reiki practitioner. Karuna Reiki works on a deeper level than Usui alone — reaching into shadow patterns, past traumas, and ancestral wounds with profound compassion.

I offer in-person sessions at my home studio in South Brunswick, NJ, and work remotely with clients.

Master Teacher — Levels 1, 2, 3A & Master certified. Lineage traceable back to Mikao Usui.
Advanced practitioner trained in compassion-based energy healing for deep pattern work and trauma clearing.
Certified to offer Healing Attunement & Aura Healing — powerfully removes blockages and amplifies personal healing.
Trained in guided meditation, chakra-based practices, and Vedic mantra recitation including Havan rituals.
My Reiki Lineage
Reiki is passed from teacher to student in an unbroken line of transmission. Below is my direct lineage, tracing all the way back to Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki.
